'Completion, integration, accomplishment'

Perched atop the globe, our young woman, as many others in this series, looks directly at the viewer, clearly confronting them with their situation and condition. Clear eyed, forthright, aware, she is totally satisfied with where she is.

Her visage echos that of the Sun. But, here, rather than blonde, she is tanned, dark, more self-contained and closed. Cupped in her hand, new life sprouts from the dirt, reminding us of earth, from which all life we yet know has sprung.

The World, a very special place in this universe. represents completion and integration, wholeness. While it may be that there are many divisions, when viewed from space, it hangs unified and complete in the sky.
